Compilation notes for Load_sim

1. Read the Load_sim.txt documentation

2. Edit the file mytypes.h to reflect the data type
	most suited for your application

3. type:
	make
   I have compiled the module sucessfully on DEC Ultrix
   SGI, Sun, DEC/OSF, and Kubota/OSF with this Makefile.

4. To use the sample data file you need to convert it to
   binary form suitable for the AVS platform of choice.
   I have included a fortran program(tobinary.f) to read
   the sample data file(in.avs) and create the binary form
   (out.avs) for use with Load_sim. To compile tobinary.f:

	 make tobinary
