DESCRIPTION
	This module takes as input a 1D, 2D, or 3D byte field and writes
	it to a Bio-Rad confocal microscope image PIC file to disc.  The
	file is written as a non-merged, byte format image file.  No notes
	or look-up tables are appended to the file.

	Header values, such as lens and magnification, that cannot be
	determined from the input field are given dummy values.

INPUTS

	image - field 1-vector byte
		A 1D, 2D, or 3D byte field.

PARAMETERS

	BioRad PIC File (browser)
		A file browser that allows the user to specify the name of
		the file to be written.  A ".pic" extension is appended to
		the filename if the user does not specify it.  If the file
		already exists, a warning message is issued, and the user
		must confirm the operation ("Overwrite") or cancel it
		("Cancel").

		The file is only written on the invocation of the module
		for which this parameter changes.  This prevents
		subsequent invocations of the module overwriting the file
		when the input field changes.

EXAMPLES
	The following example network reads a field, thresholds it and
	writes the output as a Bio-Rad PIC image file:

	      read field
	             |
	       threshold
	             |
	write BioRad PIC
